It is a decentralized, autonomous protocol for trading cryptocurrencies, specifically Cardano tokens. SundaeSwap is an ownerless marketplace that aims to democratize ownership and profits and provide efficient liquidity in a scalable and automatic ecosystem, and was the first DEX of its kind on the Cardano blockchain.

There is no question that DEXs such as Uniswap, SushiSwap and QuickSwap have changed the financial landscape and completely redesigned what was once thought impossible in a financial ecosystem.
